Helena has been playing bass for 28 years and has been on the NJ and NY music scene in numerous original, cover and tribute bands including The Sheatles (Beatles) and Best Friends Girl (The Cars). Helena’s live experience includes venues throughout the Northeast such as Citi Field and the Stony Pony, and she has also performed at many theaters and festivals. In addition to playing live, Helena has recorded with over 15 bands at various recording facilities including The Hit Factory (NYC), Water Music (NJ), and TMF Studios (NYC). Currently, Helena plays with Best Friends Girl, a tribute to the Cars, as well as playing with rock, pop and funk cover bands.
